The classic Japanese highball made with Kakubin blended whisky — smoky light and crisp.
🧪 Ingredients
1.5 oz Suntory Kakubin whisky
chilled sparkling water (1:4 ratio)
ice
chilled sparkling water (1:4 ratio)
ice
🥄 Method
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in Kakubin whisky. Stir 13 times. Pour sparkling water gently down the side. Stir once gently.
🍽 Serve & Garnish
Tall highball glass over ice. No garnish in the traditional style.
