A creamy passionfruit tiki drink from 1952 — rum, passion fruit and lemon with a foam top.
🧪 Ingredients
2 oz rum
1 oz passion fruit syrup
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz grenadine
1 egg white
1 mint sprig
1 cherry

🥄 Method
Dry shake all ingredients without ice. Add ice and shake hard again. Strain into double rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with mint and cherry.
