Sparkling wine-based sangria — quicker to make and effervescently refreshing.

🧪 Ingredients

1 bottle Cava or Prosecco
2 oz triple sec
1 oz brandy
2 oz orange juice
sliced oranges lemons and strawberries
simple syrup to taste

🥄 Method

Combine triple sec, brandy, OJ and syrup in a pitcher with fruit. Chill 1 hour. Pour in Cava just before serving. Pour into ice-filled glasses with fruit.
