🧪 Ingredients

1 bottle Champagne
4 oz brandy or Cognac
2 oz Cointreau
4 oz orange juice
2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
orange and lemon slices
large ice block

🥄 Method

Combine brandy, Cointreau, OJ, lemon juice and syrup in a punch bowl over a large ice block. Add citrus slices. Pour in Champagne just before midnight. Ladle into coupe glasses.
