The colonial American haymaker's punch — apple cider vinegar, ginger, molasses and water.
🧪 Ingredients
2 oz apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp molasses or maple syrup
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
8 oz cold water
1 oz bourbon or rum optional
1 lemon wedge

🥄 Method
Combine cider vinegar, molasses and grated ginger in a mason jar. Add cold water and stir. Add spirit if desired. Serve over ice with a lemon wedge.
🍽 Serve & Garnish
Mason jar or tall glass over ice with lemon.
