A coffee-bitters Manhattan riff — bourbon, Tia Maria and orange bitters. Stirred and sophisticated.

🧪 Ingredients

2 oz bourbon
1/2 oz Tia Maria or coffee liqueur
2 dashes orange bitters
1 flamed orange peel

🥄 Method

Stir all ingredients in mixing glass with ice 30 seconds. Strain into chilled coupe. Flame an orange peel over the glass and use as garnish.

🍽 Serve & Garnish

Chilled coupe with flamed orange peel.
