The strawberry sister of the Bellini — fresh strawberry puree topped with Prosecco.

🧪 Ingredients

1.5 oz fresh strawberry puree
4 oz Prosecco chilled
1 fresh strawberry

🥄 Method

Add fresh strawberry puree to the bottom of a chilled Champagne flute. Slowly pour cold Prosecco over the puree. Stir very gently once. Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim.

🍽 Serve & Garnish

Chilled Champagne flute with strawberry garnish.
