A Venetian aperitivo — freshly pressed grape juice topped with Prosecco.

🧪 Ingredients

2 oz fresh red grape juice or Fragolino
4 oz Prosecco
1 small grape cluster

🥄 Method

Pour fresh grape juice into a large wine glass. Top slowly with cold Prosecco. Stir gently once. Garnish with a small grape cluster on the rim.
