2 cups chopped cucumber
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup lime juice
3 tbsp agave syrup
2 cups cold water
ice

Blend cucumber, mint, lime juice, agave, and water until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve, pressing to extract liquid. Serve over ice.
