3 oz chilled hibiscus tea (strong)
0.75 oz ginger syrup
0.5 oz lime juice
soda water
0.75 oz ginger syrup

🥄 Method
Combine hibiscus tea, ginger syrup, and lime juice in a shaker with ice. Shake, strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice, top with soda.
