2 oz pear nectar
0.5 oz vanilla syrup
0.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz heavy cream (or coconut cream)
soda water

🥄 Method
Shake pear nectar, vanilla syrup, lemon juice, and cream with ice. Strain into a tall glass with ice, top with soda.
