A light and refreshing cucumber-forward mocktail with notes of mint and a citrusy lime finish. Crisp and cooling.
🧪 Ingredients
4 cucumber slices
6 fresh mint leaves
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
4 oz sparkling water
cucumber ribbon (garnish)
ice

🥄 Method
Muddle cucumber slices and mint leaves in a shaker. Add lime juice and simple syrup with ice and shake well. Strain into a glass over ice. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a cucumber ribbon.
