The bourbon-based cousin of the Negroni. Warm whiskey, bitter Campari and sweet vermouth create a rich, complex classic.

🧪 Ingredients

1 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
orange peel (garnish)
maraschino cherry (garnish)
ice

🥄 Method

Combine bourbon, Campari and sweet vermouth in a mixing glass with ice. Stir well until very cold, about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe or over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange peel and cherry.
